RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

14-Day Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in its original condition and packaging.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

To start a return, please contact us at  support@wallgarde.com before sending your item back.


Made to Order

All Wallgarde prints are made to order through our trusted print partner. Because each piece is produced especially for you, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind after the 14-day window.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your print arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Include:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the issue

  • A photo of the packaging

We will offer either:

  • A replacement print, or

  • A full refund

There is no cost to you for damaged or defective items.


Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom or personalised prints

  • Items returned outside the 14-day window

All prints are sold unframed.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval.
If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within a few business days.
