Return & Refund Policy

30-Day Policy for Damaged or Faulty Items

All Wallgarde prints are made to order specifically for each customer. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you have 30 days from receiving your item to contact us.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item

If the issue is confirmed, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.


Non-Returnable Items

Because all products are made to order, we do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Buyer’s remorse

Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it.

However, under EU consumer law, this right does not apply to goods that are made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised. As all Wallgarde prints are made to order, the cooling-off period does not apply unless the item is faulty or damaged.


Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
